Since I got my Kindle last year, I seem to have a perpetual list of books on my Currently Reading and To Read lists. Because I'm cheap, I utilize my local libraries or find free Kindle books on Amazon.

As some of you know, I've been into zombie and apocalyptic fiction lately, and recently stumbled across an excellent zombie series:

Honestly, I loved these books. It's a series that I wish I hadn't read so that I could go and read it again for the first time.
And before your eyes glaze over at the thought of all those undead, you should know that zombie stories are usually not really about zombies. The zombies are the setting, and the story is in the relationships and struggle.
